I am currently enjoying another creative journey - I have teamed up with a talented writer, and  using my creative skills I am illustrating the pictures for this amazing childrens book!

With thanks to Rachel at Kibitz.co.nz who has introduced me to her organic botanical paint I am using this product alongside other media such as charcoal and ink to produce the art work. I hope to have some art work up on my website soon to show you!

Inspired by two incredible Artists Bill Hammond, and Francis Bacon to illustrate the Gannets which we have right here on our back door step. Cape Kidnappers, Hawkes' Bays largest mainland gannet colony in the world!  Painting size 1.2 x 1.8m Diptych  with Life, Energy and Movement. Thoroughly enjoyed working on this piece, it was a lot of fun!

Looking forward to working on larger  paintings in the future.
